01Driver development, Kyiv
A 90-minute observed drive, a written rubric, and two to four practice priorities. Built for drivers who already handle the road and want a precise read on what to sharpen next.
Independent coaching. Not affiliated with the Ministry of Internal Affairs or Service Centers. We do not issue licences.
Every baseline session scores the same six behaviours, so progress after four sessions can be compared instead of described. The rows below come from one assessment sheet with the driver's name removed.
| Skill | Observed gap | Target behaviour | Instructor note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lane discipline Flagged | Drifts left on the ring road merge | Hold centre line through the full curve | Set the entry speed before the bend, not inside it. |
| Braking release Pass | Releases pressure too early before the stop | Smooth, progressive release to a full stop | Traffic-light stop improved on the third attempt. |
| Mirror sequence Flagged | Checks mirrors after the signal, not before | Mirror, signal, manoeuvre in that order | Practice on the same three junctions next session. |
| Junction priority Pass | Hesitates at unmarked T junctions | Commit once the gap is read | Read the cross traffic earlier, then decide once. |
| Wet surface margin Flagged | Following distance unchanged in rain | Add two seconds when the road is wet | Measured over 4 km of wet asphalt in Obolon. |
Two habits, not six, are holding the rest back: the mirror order and the early brake release. Fix those and the wet margin follows.
03Session loop
Every session follows the same order. Nothing is improvised, and no behaviour is scored without a next action attached to it.
15 min · stationary
We name the single behaviour under review, choose the route that exposes it, and agree on the signal you will feel when it goes right.
45 min · mixed route
The instructor watches without coaching. Rubric rows are marked in the moment so the notes record what happened, not what we remember.
20 min · engine off
You leave with a written sheet, two to four practice priorities, and one decision replayed on video with the instructor's reasoning attached.
40 min · drill then re-test
The priority is drilled on a set circuit, then re-tested in live traffic before the next session is booked against it.
Coaching tool, not a certification. Assessment results are individual and may vary between drivers and sessions.
