1. Provider

Coaching is supplied by PE carpartsao.com, Business Center Gulliver, 1A Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; EDRPOU 24596481; contact@carpartsao.com; +380 737 737 5405. Managing Director: Emma Lopez. Single tax payer; VAT is not charged.

Legal name, registered location, contacts and registration data are disclosed before ordering under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.

2. Booking and payment

Before a distance contract we disclose the service, price, duration, complaint rules and withdrawal procedure under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. A booking is confirmed after payment or our written confirmation.

3. Cancellation

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable unless we cannot deliver the session. Your statutory rights under No. 3153-IX remain unaffected.

4. Sessions and safety

You confirm a valid licence, lawful vehicle use and fitness to drive; the coach may stop a session on safety grounds. Licence details are shown where licensing applies (Law of Ukraine No. 2222-VIII dated 02.03.2015 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity'); no state accreditation is implied.

5. Liability and acceptable use

You must follow traffic law and coach instructions. We are not liable for fines or losses caused by misuse or breach of these Terms. Abuse, unlawful recording or data misuse is prohibited. Claims are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 3818-IX dated 16.06.2024 'On Advertising'.

6. Disputes

Contact contact@carpartsao.com first. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available via the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection; court protection remains available.

7. Data and cookies

We process personal data on prior informed unambiguous consent and offer a clear reject option for non-essential cookies (Law of Ukraine No. 4124-IX dated 20.11.2024 'On Personal Data Protection'). Terminal-equipment access respects confidentiality of electronic communications (Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020 'On Electronic Communications').
